Ordered extra bacon for the half pounder but in fact this was a turkey rasher . Absolutely not impressed when I order bacon I expect bacon not turkey . Was inedible . Come On Lords you can do better .

Chips were nice but took 1 1/2 hours to be delivered, 35 mins over estimated delivery for 2 portions of chips. Will collect in future as couldn’t get hold of them to chase delivery.

Meat was raw and chips was non cooked properly I need take this food to the air fryer to cook around 7 mints and then was able to eat that meat

I have never had to complain before but as of today’s 8th aug I wasn’t happy with the children fish and chips meal the fish smelt horrible and the batter was soggy nothing to like normally is crispy. My grandson threw it in the bin

The food we ordered was delivered quickly and before the time given for delivery. We had large cod and they were LARGE, everything was hot and really excellent portion size. We really love ordering from here, they are one of the best around !
